Spectre started with a challenge we kept seeing across television productions: finding the moments that matter takes an enormous amount of time.
We believed there had to be a better way.
But answering that question required more than production experience alone. It required a combination of industry knowledge, technical AI expertise and continuous input from the people who work with footage every day.
That is where the collaboration began.

Together, we explored how AI could support the way television is actually made.

Shaped by the people who work with footage every day.
From the beginning, Spectre was shaped alongside editors, story producers, showrunners and production teams.
Their feedback helped us understand not only what technology could do, but what it should do. Every feature, workflow and insight was developed with real productions in mind.
Over time, we realised that neither side could have built Spectre alone.
Production expertise without the technology would have remained an idea.
Technology without the production context would have solved the wrong problem.
By combining both, we were able to build something that understands not only what happens in a programme, but also how programmes are made.
Spectre is the result of that collaboration:
A reminder that sometimes the whole really is greater than the sum of its parts.
